"I had the pleasure of dealing with Vickie on the sales floor. In the end, price is everything to me. She beat/matched any price within 100 miles and was not pushy at all on the sale. I took two weeks to make my decision, and she was nothing but helpful.This store is under new ownership from years past, and I can tell!I am not brand partial, sold my ‘20 Can Am Defender HD8 and bought a ‘23 Ranger 1000. Farm use only, I like the durability of the bed and a couple of other key components.I had a few accessories installed on the machine by their mechanics, and they appeared as though the factory had installed.Inventory was much more abundant than in years prior. "These people are amazing. My newer quad had a lot of problems, which caused extensive diagnostic and longer repair times than I wanted. The staff, specifically Robb, Vickie, and Brandon, made sure I was taken care of. It was not their fault at all that my quad had problems, but they made sure to be the solution. "TJ and staff from Midwest Polaris in Batavia, Ohio, were fantastic to deal with. Went in looking to learn more about the utility side by sides. After comparing with the competitors, we went with the Ranger XP 1000. I felt TJ gave us the best price he could for the unit. Everything went very smoothly, and TJ was very helpful. The biggest thing walking away from the experience was having him explain ALL the features/maintenance of the machine before leaving. I would highly recommend Midwest Polaris.
