"I spent 3 months shopping nationwide for a Ranger 1000 or Pioneer 700, as my work takes me coast to coast. I found out that UTV/ATV sales are very similar to used car sales- full of liars and thieves in the night. I had to ask for the OTD price every time, as the advertised “sale price” was almost 20% less than the OTD price in some cases. By luck, I found Anthony on FaceBook Market Place (a shooing tool I had sworn off years ago) and he was literally 15 minutes from my home and on the way to our farm. In 30 minutes he had me a written quote that matched the lowest price I had previously been offered. It was the OTD price with no add on’s fees. He was the only honest broker I dealt with over three months and dozens of dealerships. He did everything he said he would and did it within hours/day he said he would. I got the $ best deal, service, and professionalism I could have ask for. He even accommodated my work schedule and allowed me to come in before they officially opened on day so I could do a side by side comparison of 2 different models with different features. He explained the pro’s and con’s of each model/size and the EPS VS non-EPS. His advice was exactly the same that AI offered (rare that a sales person is that knowledgeable and HONEST). "Contacted Midwest Polaris through Polaris’ website on holiday weekend and TJ reached out immediately. Had my loan docs ready to go within an hour on a Tuesday and I went home with it on Wednesday. The easiest and quickest transaction I’ve had in 15 years.TJ is professional, very friendly and very responsive. His team seems to be a great group of people that I’m sure I’ll interact with in the future to upgrade my RZR. I took two weeks to make my decision, and she was nothing but helpful.This store is under new ownership from years past, and I can tell!I am not brand partial, sold my ‘20 Can Am Defender HD8 and bought a ‘23 Ranger 1000. Farm use only, I like the durability of the bed and a couple of other key components.I had a few accessories installed on the machine by their mechanics, and they appeared as though the factory had installed.Inventory was much more abundant than in years prior. The staff, specifically Robb, Vickie, and Brandon, made sure I was taken care of. It was not their fault at all that my quad had problems, but they made sure to be the solution.
